has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation :<\/strong><\/span><br>Lors de cette apr\u00e8s-midi au sein du Purple Campus, La CPID est intervenue aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9l\u00e8ves de formations BTS Gestion de la PME, BTS Support \u00e0 l\u2019Action Manag\u00e9riale et Licence Ressources Humaines, 3 formations qui ont une sensibilisation aux RH dans le cadre de leur cursus.<br>Il y avait donc 25 apprentis ainsi que des membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique dans le but de promouvoir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle femme-homme mais \u00e9galement en apportant une ouverture d\u2019esprit sur les questionnements suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>L&#8217;ouverture et l&#8217;accompagnement du dialogue social<\/li><li>Favoriser l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi<\/li><li>La gestion pr\u00e9visionnelle des emplois et des comp\u00e9tences<\/li><li>Les conditions de travail<\/li><li>La pr\u00e9vention des risques professionnels<\/li><li>L&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"><strong>Cette intervention s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e de la mani\u00e8re suivante :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Pr\u00e9sentation de la CPDI (Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une instance de dialogue et d&#8217;\u00e9change qui r\u00e9unit les repr\u00e9sentants des employeurs et des salari\u00e9s pour toutes les branches professionnelles (Industrie, Commerce, Artisanat, Professions lib\u00e9rales et Services)<\/li><li>d\u00e9finition de son acronyme : Commission Paritaire Interprofessionnelle D\u00e9partementale.<\/li><li>Sa composition : constitu\u00e9e, \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales, de repr\u00e9sentants salari\u00e9s issus des organisations syndicales de salari\u00e9s (CGT, FO, CFTC, CFE-CGC) est de repr\u00e9sentants des organisations employeurs issus des organisations professionnelles (UPAP : MEDEF, CGPME et U2P : CAPEB, CNATP, CGAD, CNAMS, UNAPL).<\/li><li>Les diff\u00e9rentes actions qu\u2019elle m\u00e8ne :<br>o Am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;acc\u00e8s des employeurs et des salari\u00e9s aux informations d&#8217;ordre juridique et social concernant le travail et la n\u00e9gociation dans l&#8217;entreprise.<br>o Agir sur le terrain au plus pr\u00e8s des acteurs, des territoires et de leurs probl\u00e9matiques sp\u00e9cifiques.<br>o Favoriser l&#8217;emploi et les conditions de travail par le dialogue social<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Et sur diff\u00e9rents th\u00e8mes, comme par exemple :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Les aides \u00e0 l&#8217;embauche<\/li><li>L&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/li><li>La formation professionnelle<\/li><li>La pr\u00e9vention de la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9<\/li><li>Des r\u00e9unions has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Les ateliers :<\/span><\/strong><br>A l\u2019issue de ce premier discours, nous avons mis en place plusieurs ateliers d\u2019\u00e9changes\/partages (QVT, MIXITE RECRUTEMENT et EGALITE PROFESSIONNELLE).<br>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9partis sur chacun des groupes afin de permettre de dialoguer sur la th\u00e9matique de celui-ci.<br>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont pu voir le film de la CPID en amont ce qui a permis de r\u00e9aliser ces diff\u00e9rents \u00e9changes et donc de connaitre la vision qu\u2019ils d\u00e9tenaient, les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s ou envies de changements qu\u2019ils souhaitent mettre en place.<br>A l\u2019issue des \u00e9changes au sein des groupes, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des synth\u00e8ses intergroupes et nomin\u00e9s des ambassadrices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Atelier 1 : Egalit\u00e9 professionnelle Femme Homme :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-normal-font-size\">In\u00e9galit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration : \u00e9cart d\u2019environ 16% entre le salaire d\u2019une femme et d\u2019un homme &gt; frein \u00e9conomique important<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-normal-font-size\">L\u00e9galement, toutes les entreprises doivent tendre vers l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019inspection du travail veille au respect de la mise en place de ces actions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Absence des femmes sur leur poste de travail (cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9, garde enfant malade, sortie scolaire, \u2026) qui p\u00e9nalise leur \u00e9volution professionnelle<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Ressentis des femmes qui travaillaient dans un milieu d\u2019hommes et inversement<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Adaptation du mat\u00e9riel ou des postes de travail pour les femmes, dont les hommes peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier par la suite<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Port du jean pour les femmes \u2014&gt; Sanction (\u00e9volution tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cente de la l\u00e9gislation)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Positionnement de repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans les entreprises afin de d\u00e9noncer des discriminations de comportements physiques et orales (exemple donn\u00e9 un surnom \u00ab ma petite \u00bb).<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"981\" height=\"634\" :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nous avons abord\u00e9 le sujet du recrutement homme et femme, les diff\u00e9rences de salaires, les probl\u00e9matiques de mixit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des jeunes sur les stages de d\u00e9couvertes ainsi que les entreprises qui \u00e9taient en phase de recherche de en place en cas de litige en entreprise, la bonne coh\u00e9sion au sein de l\u2019entreprise, l\u2019adaptation du poste de travail au salari\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div l\u2019\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique dans un premier temps puis trois ambassadrices faisant partie des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et de chaque groupe de travail.<br>Les nomin\u00e9es sont : L\u00e9a LINARES (BTS GPME), Sephora SITOT(L3RH), Charlotte GALLAND (BTS SAM) et Floriane HERNANDEZ (Responsable p\u00e9dagogique).<br>Ces ambassadrices ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lues en prenant en compte, leurs int\u00e9ressements, leurs implications et r\u00e9activit\u00e9 lors des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9changes au sein des groupes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ainsi que les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique \u00e9taient ravie de notre visite et ont trouv\u00e9 cette intervention tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante.<br>Nous avons pu dialoguer autour de plusieurs pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et m\u00e9connaissances, ce qui a permis d\u2019\u00e9claircir certaines interrogations.<br>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s investis.
